Assessment Team Visits Butabe E.P. Primary School to Monitor Learning Resource Distribution

An assessment team has visited Butabe E.P. Primary School to gain first-hand experience of teaching and learning conditions and to monitor the distribution of educational materials recently donated to the school and the community.

The visit aimed to evaluate how the learning resources, including exercise books, pens, pencils, mathematical sets, and notebooks, have impacted students and teachers. The team interacted with school authorities, teachers, and students to assess the effectiveness of the support and identify any further needs.

During the visit, the team observed classroom sessions and engaged with students to understand how the materials were being used. Teachers expressed gratitude for the donation, noting that the resources had eased some challenges in the teaching and learning process.

A representative from the assessment team emphasized the importance of such visits in ensuring that educational support initiatives achieve their intended goals. “We are here to see the real impact of these resources and identify areas where additional support may be needed,” the representative said.

The school authorities and community members appreciated the continuous engagement, acknowledging that such efforts contribute to improving education in the area.
